Job Description Our Outside School Hours Care service, Eumundi State School Helping Hands , is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 25 hours per week (guaranteed minimum). You'll work Monday to Friday in split shifts across our programs: ☀️ Rise then Shine Program – Morning shifts (6:50am – 8:50am) Stay and Play Program – Afternoon shifts (2:50pm – 6:00pm) ️ Holiday HQ Program – Extra hours available during school holidays (6:50am – 6:00pm) About the role You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration ✨ What's in it for you?
